The Challenge

Problem Statement

What problem were we solving?

Users lacked the ability to create, modify, or delete user accounts, roles, and groups through the interface. These tasks were restricted to developers, who managed them directly within the backend system, limiting accessibility and operational efficiency.

Why It Mattered

No UI-based means for managing users, user groups, or user roles

All management required direct backend database entries

Not scalable for the suite of applications requiring user role assignments

User Pain Points

1

Not able to create, modify and delete users, user roles and user groups

2

Not able to assign user roles to users

3

No way to find users - no search functionality

4

User not able to sort user entries

5

Users not able to filter user entries
